The driving force behind Vista Veterinary Transitions is Todd Blackmar. Todd is a retired United States Marine Corps Officer, a small business owner, and an attorney.
With over a decade of small business and practice transition experience, Todd knows what it takes to successfully and smoothly transition a business from one owner to the next. From contracts to marketing to buying and selling practices, Todd has a wealth of experience and has built a network of banking, accounting, legal and real estate partners to ensure a smooth and profitable transition for your practice.
Born and raised in Ohio, Todd graduated from Miami University, and the University of Toledo, College of Law. Todd is admitted to the Ohio Bar and Federal District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. An avid traveler and proud dad of three boys, Todd lives in Central Ohio with his wife and dogs.
